About the Role
Are you a technically proficient Product Manager with a fintech background and a passion for building financial systems and automating support at scale?
As a Product Manager at Workwize, you will own a greenfield opportunity: building the foundation for how Workwize handles billing, invoicing, and financial operations end-to-end. Alongside that, you will lead how we automate customer support, working with tools like Zendesk and Forethought to reduce manual effort and scale support quality without scaling headcount. You will work with our software and operations team to ship products fast in our B2B SaaS environment.
This is a deeply technical role that requires comfort with complex, cross-functional problem spaces. You will be responsible for setting out the product vision, creating an incredible customer experience, and driving revenue impact across finance and support automation.
If you excel at building from scratch, working closely with Engineers, and shipping high-impact features fast, this role is made for you.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and execute a product vision for Workwize's billing, invoicing, and financial operations stack, building the foundation from the ground up.
- Own the roadmap for support automation, prioritizing features that reduce manual effort and improve resolution quality at scale.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Engineers, Finance, and Operations team members in a cross-functional team to align on solutions that improve both customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Regularly update stakeholders, including leadership, on product plans, progress, and outcomes.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and support operations, guide feature prioritization, and track product performance.
Speed & Impact
- You have a bias for action.
- You look at making the right trade-offs between impact and effort to get to a high-impact launch.
Customer Feedback Integration
- Continuously gather and incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to ensure product updates meet operational goals and customer needs, particularly around billing accuracy and support experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years Product Management experience in B2B, ideally SaaS and/or platform-heavy products.
- Fintech background or strong experience with billing, invoicing, or financial systems is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with support automation tools (e.g., Zendesk, Forethought, Intercom) is a strong plus.
- Strong product judgment: you consistently make good tradeoffs and simplify complexity.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
- Data-first mindset: strong analytical skills and comfort owning KPIs and decision-making.
- Hands-on, high-ownership operator: you take initiative, unblock teams, and ship.
