About the Role

As a GTM Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and deploying personalized outbound campaigns that cut through the noise. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and data teams to identify high-value accounts, enrich contact data, and craft highly relevant outreach across email, LinkedIn, and voice. You’ll be the technical architect behind our outbound motion, turning tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and Zapier into a finely-tuned growth engine.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and manage outbound outreach workflows using tools similar to Clay, Phantombuster, and enrichment APIs.
  • Build dynamic campaigns that personalize messaging across email, LinkedIn, and phone based on job title, industry, technology stack, and intent data.
  • Partner with BDRs and Marketing to create messaging frameworks, email sequences, LinkedIn flows, and phone scripts.
  • Design and maintain enrichment workflows to identify and qualify ICP leads from multiple sources.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports on outbound performance and pipeline contribution.
  • Test and iterate on new tactics to improve deliverability, reply rates, and conversion.
  • Maintain a high standard of data cleanliness, compliance, and system reliability across the GTM stack.

 

Who You Are

  • You have 5–7 years of experience in a technical GTM, growth, or marketing operations role.
  • You’re fluent in tools like Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, HubSpot, Zapier, and Google Sheets, and not afraid to get your hands dirty in code or APIs.
  • You think in systems and workflows—you enjoy building scalable processes and automations.
  • You have a strong understanding of ICP, outbound strategy, and B2B buyer journeys.
  • You’re customer-obsessed and know how to craft messages that resonate at a personal level.
  • You can collaborate across teams, explain your logic clearly, and take initiative without waiting for perfect specs.
  • You’re analytical and data-driven—you believe in constant testing and optimization.
