Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic IT Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing IT procurement strategies, negotiating supplier contracts, and ensuring cost efficiency across global markets. Your expertise in procurement and supplier management will enable Workwize to deliver reliable, competitively priced IT hardware solutions for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Pricing Strategy

Develop and implement IT procurement strategies that ensure competitive pricing and profitable margins.

Continuously analyze market trends, supplier offerings, and client needs to refine procurement models.
Supplier Management

Build and maintain relationships with IT suppliers across global markets to enhance cost and delivery performance.

Negotiate pricing, service levels, and contracts to secure favorable terms.

Monitor supplier performance, delivery standards, and quality metrics.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Conduct cost forecasting, margin analysis, and profitability assessments.

Use analytical tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present procurement insights to stakeholders.

Track and report key procurement KPIs, highlighting areas for optimization.
Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2–3+ years of experience in IT procurement, supplier management, or global trade.

Strong negotiation skills and experience working with international suppliers.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).

Familiarity with international trade regulations and currency impacts is a plus.
