The Role

We’re looking for a Courier Expansion & Management Specialist to join our Delivery team. If you’re passionate about optimizing logistics on a global scale and thrive in high-growth environments where you can take ownership and drive change — this role is for you.

In this role, you’ll lead the expansion and ongoing performance management of our global courier network. You will be the go-to person for managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships and improving last-mile delivery operations. Working closely with Product, Customer Success, and Engineering, you’ll ensure that our logistics infrastructure supports a fast, reliable, and scalable delivery experience for our customers.

 

What You'll Do

Courier Network Expansion

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize courier partners based on strategic needs and geographic coverage.

• Own the full onboarding process for new couriers — from due diligence to go-live.

• Lead integrations in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

 

Courier Operations Management

• Establish SLAs and KPIs for all courier partners and track their performance.

• Analyze shipment data to spot issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct regular business reviews and hold partners accountable to performance standards.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement

• Act as the subject matter expert on courier operations within Workwize.

• Partner with the Delivery and Customer Success teams to resolve escalations and optimize workflows.

• Ensure all operational knowledge and courier documentation is accessible and up to date.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics operations, courier/vendor management, or supply chain roles.

• Proven track record managing 3PL relationships, ideally across multiple regions.

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to guide operational decisions.

• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

 

Nice to Have

• Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-enabled logistics environments.

• Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and compliance requirements.

• Experience with API-based logistics integrations and negotiating SLAs.
