Join Workwize as an Operations Associate and play a crucial role in supporting our warehousing operations and managing relationships with our 3rd Party Logistics providers globally.
As part of our Operations team, you will assist in managing warehouse locations worldwide, support the relationship with our 3PL providers, and help define scalable processes that ensure long-term efficiency. This role demands a data-driven mindset, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations Support:
- Overseeing the performance and operational efficiency of current warehouse locations.
- Support the identification and implementation of improvements to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
Global Expansion Support:
- Assist in the process of opening new warehouse locations globally, from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new facilities into existing operations.
3PL Management:
- Support the management of relationships with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor and evaluate 3PL performance, implementing improvements as needed.
Process Development, Optimization, and Documentation:
- Help define, document, and refine workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Create training materials to support the adoption of new processes across teams.
- Analyze and manipulate data to identify trends, correct errors, and optimize warehouse performance.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or logistics (internship experience considered). Engineering profiles are also welcomed!
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools like Excel, Tableau, SQL, Power BI, or other analytics platforms.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or logistics software.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or support global expansion projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
