About the job
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who's ready to help shape the next chapter of our product. This isn't a role with a narrow lane — we're deliberately keeping it open, because we're more interested in the person than the box they fit into. If you think in systems, move fluidly between strategy and execution, and are genuinely excited about the role AI is starting to play in how great products get built, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll sit at the intersection of technology, design, and business — collaborating closely across disciplines and helping us build products our customers love. Whether your background skews towards engineering, design, or classic PM, what matters most is how you think, how you work with others, and how you approach problems.
What you'll be doing
- Driving product strategy and vision, translating ambiguous problems into clear direction and prioritised roadmaps.
- Working fluidly across design, engineering, and business — breaking down silos rather than reinforcing them.
- Championing the customer through continuous discovery: user interviews, data analysis, and market research.
- Scoping and shaping new functionality with clarity, keeping scope tight and delivery timely.
- Delivering value incrementally — building the right thing at the right time, not the perfect thing too late.
- Communicating goals, progress, and outcomes with equal clarity to engineers, designers, and senior leadership.
- Using AI tooling actively and thoughtfully — in your own workflow, in how you think about building products and on the role of AI in the product we build.
- Contributing to a strong product culture: mentoring, supporting, and elevating those around you, including colleagues from other teams.
- Making strategic product decisions that navigate the business in the right direction — with humility and conviction.
What to expect from the interview process
1. 40-minute interview with the Group Product Manager
2. 60-minute interview with the Group Product Manager and VP of Technology
3. 60-minute case study session with the Product team
About you
We care more about how you think than where you've been. That said, here's the kind of background and mindset that tends to thrive here:
- 4–5+ years of experience in a product role — PM, technical PM, or a hybrid role that blurs those lines.
- Genuine curiosity about AI: you're already using it, experimenting with it, or actively developing your skills with it. Either way, you have a clear point of view.
- A background that may include engineering, design, or both — we actively welcome candidates who've crossed disciplines.
- Strong analytical thinking: you get to root causes before jumping to solutions, and you're comfortable with data.
- Excellent stakeholder management — you can align people with different agendas around a shared goal.
- An empathetic, user-first approach: you listen before you build.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create clarity where there isn't any.
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environments is a plus — but not required if you bring the right energy.
- Familiarity with web-based platforms or SaaS products is helpful context.
A note on AI fluency
This deserves its own section, because it matters to us. We're not looking for someone who can talk about AI trends. We're looking for someone who's actively integrating AI into the way they work — using it to move faster, think differently, draft better, analyse quicker, or build more confidently. Whether you're prompting your way through a competitive analysis or using AI-assisted prototyping tools, we want to see that you're genuinely engaging with these tools, not just aware they exist.
What We Can Offer You
At Worksome, you’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced team where your contributions will directly impact our company’s growth. As we expand, you’ll have opportunities for professional development, learning, and skill-building. We value well-being and collaboration, offering a balanced, supportive work environment for everyone.
- Work-life balance and a company that genuinely values individual wellbeing.
- A culture built on trust, transparency, and inclusion.
- Default in-office, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation, healthcare insurance, pension (4% employer contribution), and equity
- Real impact — your ideas and decisions will shape the product directly.
- A collaborative, curious team that's figuring out the future of work together.
We believe the best product people are hard to categorise. If this role sounds like you — even partly — we'd encourage you to apply.
