A strong understanding of Employer of Record (EOR) and Agent of Record (AOR) models is essential, as is the ability to engage senior stakeholders in HR, procurement, talent acquisition, and compliance.
As a key brand ambassador, you’ll represent Worksome at industry events and help shape how enterprises confidently manage their external workforce with speed and precision.
