About the job

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Marketing Operations & Business Development Intern to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on role supporting the systems and workflows that power our marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and executive events.

You’ll work across and learn platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo to help us run smarter, more efficient campaigns and campaigns that drive growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Support campaign operations in HubSpot including email builds, form routing, workflows, and performance tracking
  • Assist with list building, data enrichment, and contact research via LinkedIn and ZoomInfo
  • Help organize and optimize marketing and sales workflows
  • QA and schedule emails, 1:1 outreach, and automated sequences
  • Support coordination and logistics for executive events, including lunches and dinners for business leaders
  • Collaborate with both Marketing and Sales on cross-functional projects
  • Perform regular audits and updates to ensure data accuracy across HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Document campaign setup and processes
About you
  • College students currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Operations, or a related field
  • A proactive self-starter with great attention to detail
  • Curious about B2B marketing, operations, and growth strategy
  • Eager to learn more about the technology and tools driving Marketing & Sales teams!
  • Organized, communicative, and comfortable working remotely
  • Excited by the idea of working in a fast-moving startup environment

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Previous Marketing, Operations, or Sales experience
  • Interest or past involvement in event planning or logistics
