Functietitel: Technical Support Engineer

Locatie: Eindhoven
Type dienstverband: 1 jaar contract

Aannemen en afhandelen van supportverzoeken via telefoon, e-mail en ticketsystemen
-
Ondersteunen bij vraagstukken rondom SIM-kaarten, connectiviteit en VPN’s
-
Klanten begeleiden bij het gebruik van Remote Access VPN’s en het koppelen van apparatuur
-
Configureren van routers, gateways en modems volgens interne richtlijnen
-
Ondersteunen bij het inrichten van 4G/5G-oplossingen
-
Controleren en testen van hardwareconfiguraties
-
Analyseren van logs en netwerkgedrag
-
Vaststellen van oorzaken van storingen en incidenten
-
Zelfstandig oplossen van technische problemen of tijdig escaleren
-
Schakelen met Network Operations, SysOps en Group Support bij complexere issues
-
Afstemmen met Customer Success en Sales waar nodig
-
Werken met interne en externe portals waaronder de Cisco Jasper Portal
-
Correct registreren van incidenten en oplossingen in het ticketsysteem
-
Documenteren van oplossingen en werkwijzen
-
Bijdragen aan kennisartikelen en interne documentatie
-
Signaleren van structurele problemen en meedenken over verbeteringen
-
MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in IT of netwerktechniek
-
Ervaring in een technische supportomgeving is een pré
-
Basiskennis van netwerken (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, NAT, routing) is een pré
-
Ervaring met routers en 4G/5G-apparatuur (bijv. Teltonika, Cisco, Advantech) is een pré
-
Analytisch sterk en in staat om problemen gestructureerd te benaderen
-
Klantgericht en communicatief vaardig, zowel in Nederlands als Engels
-
Nieuwsgierig en leergierig, met de drive om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen

Werken in een snelgroeiende internationale organisatie

Veel ruimte voor ontwikkeling binnen netwerk- en IoT-technologie
