Digital Product Manager – FLOW Platform
Role Summary
Blue Wireless is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of FLOW, our next-generation digital platform designed to transform how customers and internal teams interact with connectivity services.
FLOW is a strategic initiative under Project Elevate ‘26, aimed at building a unified digital platform that connects currently fragmented systems and delivers a seamless end-to-end experience across the connectivity lifecycle. The platform will enable customers to onboard, quote, order, track delivery, and manage services through an intuitive self-service interface supported by automation, APIs, and AI capabilities.
The Digital Product Manager will own the digital product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the FLOW platform, including customer-facing capabilities and vendor-based digital services such as quoting platforms (e.g., ConnectBase or equivalent). This role will work closely with the Transformation Office, Application Development team, Business Analysts, and key business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
This position is critical in building Blue Wireless’ digital backbone, enabling automation, operational efficiency, and superior customer experience as the business scales globally.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the FLOW digital platform.
- Define and drive the end-to-end digital customer journey across key lifecycle stages:
- Onboarding
- Quoting
- Ordering
- Delivery tracking
- In-life service management
- Align product roadmap with the broader Blue Wireless’s digital transformation strategy.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer impact, and operational efficiency.
Digital Platform Development
- Lead the design and development of FLOW as a unified digital platform integrating internal systems and external services.
- Work with engineering teams to build scalable capabilities including:
- Customer self-service portal
- Digital ordering workflows
- Delivery visibility and service lifecycle tracking
- API integrations across internal and vendor systems
- Ensure platform architecture supports future scalability, automation, and AI capabilities.
Vendor Platform Ownership
- Manage and optimize third-party digital tools used within the FLOW ecosystem, including quoting platforms (e.g., ConnectBase or equivalent).
- Evaluate vendor solutions and determine buy vs. build decisions.
- Ensure vendor platforms integrate seamlessly with internal systems and customer workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships and align their product roadmaps with Blue Wireless’ digital strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with:
- Application Development team to translate product vision into technical execution
- Business Analysts to capture operational requirements and process improvements
- Sales, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure platform capabilities support real business workflows
- Coordinate digital initiatives across departments to drive adoption and alignment.
Customer Experience & Innovation
- Design digital experiences inspired by consumer-grade platforms, enabling customers to easily manage connectivity services through self-service capabilities for enterprise connectivity services.
- Drive continuous improvement through data, user feedback, and platform analytics.
- Identify opportunities to introduce automation, AI-driven insights, and digital workflows that enhance both customer and internal experiences.
Product Governance & Delivery
- Define product success metrics, KPIs, and monitor platform performance.
- Manage product backlog, release planning, and feature prioritization and change management across internal teams.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and security standards.
Key Outcomes / Success Metrics
Success in this role will contribute to:

- Faster quoting, ordering, and delivery workflows
- Increased operational efficiency across sales, delivery, and support

Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 3–7+ years experience in Product Management, Digital Platforms, or SaaS products
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms or portals
- Strong understanding of API-driven architecture, system integrations, and digital ecosystems
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (engineering, operations, business teams)
- Strong background in requirements gathering - Writing detailed product requirement documents (PRD) with comprehensive acceptance criteria, user stories, and technical requirements to provide clear guidance for development work
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Experience in telecommunications, connectivity, SaaS platforms, or enterprise technology
- Familiarity with AI-enabled digital products or automation platforms
- Experience building self-service customer platforms or marketplace-style ecosystems
- Experience in taking a product from 0→1
- Experience in user research with enterprise customers
- Experience with developing user stories and managing them in JIRA
