We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Cairo, Egypt. The SDR will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities across regional markets, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess their fit for Infasme’s solutions
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across the region
- Research target accounts, industries, and market trends
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role (preferably in IT services or SaaS)
- Proven track record of lead generation and prospecting success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage decision-makers and handle objections effectively
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
