What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Source candidates through various channels and build strong pipelines
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bonus: Experience in IT or technical recruitment is a strong advantage
