We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive with a strong hunter mindset to drive new business acquisition and build strategic relationships with enterprise customers in the UAE.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive new logo acquisition by identifying, engaging, and closing enterprise accounts.
- Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Engage confidently in technical discussions with IT and digital transformation leaders.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting using CRM.
- Lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
- Handle RFPs, tenders, and enterprise procurement processes.
- Negotiate commercial terms with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design compelling enterprise solutions.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas.

Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience in pipeline generation and quota achievement
- Ability to engage with technical IT stakeholders
- Experience handling RFPs and enterprise tenders
- Experience in the UAE market (Government or Semi-Government experience is a strong advantage)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Understanding of digital transformation initiatives
