Jr. Project Lead

Role Summary

We need a junior profile (2–3 years of experience) who can help PMO drive day-to-day project execution, coordination, documentation, stakeholder follow-ups, and delivery tracking across our ongoing initiatives.

Key Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Experience: 2–3 years in a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager / Project Lead role (or very similar).

  • UAE profile: Candidate must be from the UAE and born, raised, and educated in the UAE (local market understanding + communication style fit).

  • Strong English communication and Arabic.

  • Excellent organization, follow-up discipline, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams (backend, UI/UX, integration).

  • Confident with tools like Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint), and ideally project tools (Jira / Trello / Asana / MS Project).

Responsibilities (R&R)

Project Delivery Support

  • Support PM team in planning and executing project activities across multiple workstreams.

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, action logs, RAID (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies), and weekly status updates.

  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies; escalate risks early with clear proposals.

  • Run follow-ups with internal teams and ensure commitments are met.

Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and ensure action items are closed.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, engineering, integration, operations) and ensure alignment.

  • Prepare clear updates for management (progress, blockers, next steps).

Documentation & Process

  • Maintain project documentation, handover notes, approvals, and formal communications.

  • Help structure workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria with PM’s guidance.

  • Ensure project governance basics are followed (change tracking, scope notes, sign-offs).

Quality & Support

  • Assist in UAT coordination, feedback consolidation, and bug/issue tracking with the technical teams.

  • Support go-live readiness: checklists, user coordination, training schedule alignment (if needed).
