Fotopia Technologies is looking for an experienced Partner Development Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.

This role is ideal for a strong hunter profile with experience building and activating partner ecosystems, particularly System Integrators, Microsoft Partners, and ECM resellers.

What you’ll do:

• Recruit, onboard, and enable high-potential partners

• Drive partners toward their first deals and joint go-to-market activities

• Build and manage a strong partner pipeline

What we’re looking for:

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B software partner or channel sales

• Proven success in partner recruitment and development

• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem or ECM solutions is a plus
