  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing HR policies and processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, learning & development, and employee relations.
  • Strong capability to coach and influence managers, helping them make sound leadership decisions and fostering high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to make difficult people-related decisions and follow through with effective execution.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance standards, with the ability to apply them in a pragmatic, business-friendly way.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments, with an agile and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
