Requirements

Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for web products, preferably in fintech, SaaS, crypto, or tech startups.

• Strong proficiency in Figma: components, variants, Auto Layout, variables, and prototyping.

• Experience using AI tools in the design process; we actively use Claude in our work.

• Understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience working with developers.

• Basic knowledge of Discovery processes and user research.

• Experience with design systems, including creating and maintaining reusable components.

• Experience with animations and micro-interactions in Figma (Smart Animate, prototyping).

• Portfolio with examples of product design, showing both visual execution and design reasoning.

• Ability to independently manage tasks and take them through to release.

• Interest in product metrics, hypotheses, and business logic.

• English at B1+, Ukrainian Native.

Soft Skills:

• Clear and structured communication with Product, Development, QA, and other teams.

• Strong ownership and accountability for the end-user experience.

• Attention to detail and consistency.

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

• Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

• Strong motivation to grow toward Product Design.

Would be a plus:

• Experience designing for fintech/SaaS products.

• Knowledge of accessibility (a11y).

• Experience building or structuring a design system from scratch.

• Basic motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Principle).

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and UI for app/SaaS product features.

• 80% Product: feature design, design system development, and UI copy/microcopy.

• 20% Website: company website design updates.

• Collaborate with Product, Development, and QA throughout the feature lifecycle.

• Prepare clear, developer-ready designs and documentation.

• Participate in Discovery and research and use user feedback to improve UX.

• Create prototypes and micro-interactions.

• Use AI tools to speed up research, content, and routine design tasks.

• Gradually take part in product decisions and metric-driven improvements.
