WeLearn is a rapidly growing scaleup, founded by two former Google and Facebook Strategists and Project Managers experiencing extremely rapid growth. At WeLearn we partner with content creators and influencers and we support them in running their businesses.

• Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Learn how to perform full-cycle recruitment for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, supporting offer negotiation
• Gain insights on how to manage the recruitment department from administrational and strategic point of view.  
• Understand how to manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in a structured and timely manner.
• Acquire and put to practise the skills to proactively source candidates to ensure the best quality shortlist to present to the business.
• Develop proficiency in driving or taking part in various HR projects and initiatives.
• Gain knowledge and experience of managing recruitment activities by working closely with Hiring Managers and Founders 
• Utilise best practice sourcing methods, including advanced web sourcing, social networks, university job boards, user groups, research, and databases to source passive candidates meeting the needs of the organisation.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in English, knowledge of different European languages is a plus
• Availability for Full-Time Internship
• Strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively convey information and ideas to different people.
• Detail-Oriented, with a sharp eye for accuracy and thoroughness in tasks.
• Organisational Skills, good at managing several tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Team Player attitude 
• Tech-Savvy, comfortable using technology for finding candidates and managing HR processes.
• Adaptability, can adjust to changing priorities and handle different tasks as needed.
• Passion for Learning, keen to gain knowledge and skills in HR practices.

WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM THIS EXPERIENCE

Please note this is paid 6 months internship with opportunity to extend to full time internship 

• Possibility to receive a full-time offer with a competitive salary after completion of internship. 
• By the end of the internship, you will become the go-to person for everything related to general recruitment activities and you will understand how startups operate within Social Media & Digital Marketing industry 
• You will get to know and work with +200 international colleagues, gaining from both their experience and friendly attitude
• Interact with the Founders and management and receive mentoring from them.
