WHAT YOU WILL DO
As an Entry-Level Paid Ads Specialist, you'll work closely with senior team members and learn the ins and outs of paid social advertising, primarily for Facebook & Instagram. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive learning environment where your growth really matters.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the creation and management of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.

Supporting with ad creative development and selection (copy, visuals, UGC formats).

Researching and helping define target audiences for different creators.

Tracking performance metrics, compiling reports, and identifying key trends.

Helping to optimize campaigns according to data and platform best practices.

Running basic A/B tests and analyzing their results.

Staying up-to-date with Meta Ads updates and emerging creative trends.

Participating in strategy and brainstorming sessions — and speaking up with your ideas!
WORKING HOURS & TIME ZONE REQUIREMENTS
To align with our creators’ schedules and campaign needs, we offer two shift options — you’ll choose the one that works best for you:

Option 1: Standard Full-Time Shift

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (your local time)

Option 2: Extended Weekend Shift
-
Mid-day Thursday start, then full 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (your local time)

You must be located in GMT-3 or GMT-4 time zones (e.g., Argentina, Brazil, the Caribbean, Venezuela, Eastern Canada).

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Fluency in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

Some experience or academic background in marketing, advertising, or social media

Bonus points for any internship or personal project experience in Meta Ads
-
Strong interest in digital marketing, creators, and online trends
-
A willingness to learn quickly, take initiative, and be flexible

Attention to detail and comfort working with numbers and data

Great communication and teamwork skills
