WeLearn is a Dubai based startup, founded by two former Google and Facebook Strategist and Project Manager experiencing extremely rapid growth. At WeLearn we partner with content creators and influencers and we support them in running their businesses.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

  • Davide Delgrossi, Founder and CEO, ex Google, CEMS and Rotterdam School of Management Alumnus.
  • Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Organize events for our Dubai office and coordinate online team activities
  • Manage people interactions and coordinate HR operations across our global team of 150+
  • Manage onboarding activities and support offboarding process
  • Take ownership of our HRIS system -  HiBob
  • Prepare Policies, Templates and other operational materials
  • Organize global meetups and support internal learning events
  • Create HR communications using Canva and support WeLearn newsletter initiatives
  • Provide project support to team members and assist with finance-related HR tasks
  • Be a go to person for internal HR requests

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years experience in People Operations, People Specialist, HR Coordinator or similar role
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (HiBob preferred) and design tools (Canva)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities for global team coordination
  • Experience working with diverse, international teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with event coordination and employee engagement
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and internal communications
  • Background in fast-growing companies or education/marketing sectors
  • Knowledge of UAE/Dubai employment practices
