ABOUT THE FOUNDERS

- Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Talent Sourcing: Use various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process: Review resumes and applications, Conduct thorough and insightful interviews and ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and team members to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and assist in the decision-making process.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future positions, fostering relationships and staying connected with passive job seekers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and prepare recruitment reports and metrics as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a remote work environment
- Minimum 1 year of experience interviewing candidates for internal roles
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices and strategies, including candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Greenhouse
- Experience with VideoAsk, TestGorilla or other assessment testing platforms
- Understanding of Social Media and Marketing Industry
- Experience hiring for entry-level internship, Sales and Marketing related roles (90% of our openings)
