VIP Team Leader - Romanian Speaking

We are looking for an experienced  Romanian-Speaking VIP Team Leader, who will manage a team of VIP Account managers, ensuring their daily tasks and responsibilities are carried out efficiently and completely on a daily basis.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations and lead a large team of VIP account managers; 
• Lead the team to reach monthly targets through data-driven performance analysis and guidance;
• Provide updates and reports to senior management, showing visibility into team productivity, market performance, and revenue growth; 
• Improve current processes and initiate better operations to make the team more efficient and effective;
• Participate in the recruitment process, by conducting interviews and selecting the right new members to join the team;
• Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by remaining adaptable and maintaining focus on key deliverables.

Role Requirements:

• Experience in leading a large departmental structure is a must;
• Experience in managing high-traffic digital platforms would be considered as strong advantage;
• Strong ability to interpret complex data, calculate performance metrics, and generate executive reports;
• Proven leadership presence with the ability to handle complex negotiations and resolve conflicts; 
• Proficiency in English and Romanian both written and spoken;
