Retention Sales Agent - French Speaking

The Retention Sales Agent is managing communication channels, and supporting business growth through data-driven engagement. This role focuses on analyzing client behavior in Power BI, conducting outreach across multiple communication platforms, and contributing to VIP program management.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Activity Monitoring & Data Analysis

  • Review and analyze failed deposits using Power BI to identify issues and follow up with relevant departments or clients.
  • Extract and segment clients in Power BI. 
  • Track clients approaching VIP status and record them accurately in our data tools. 

Client Engagement & Communication

  • Manage incoming messages and inquiries through Telegram, Email, and WhatsApp, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Conduct welcome calls for new clients to orient them, introduce available services, and build rapport.
  • Send personalized follow-up emails and messages to encourage ongoing client activity, including tailored messages for those who won or lost.

VIP Program Support

  • Experience in customer retention, VIP management, or customer support.
  • Background in fast-paced or client-facing environments.


What We’re Looking For: 

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills across Telegram, Email, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Client Focus: Ability to engage, retain, and build rapport with clients through personalized communication.
  • Organization: Accurate in reporting, managing data, and maintaining VIP records.
  • Teamwork: Able to collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
  • Candidates must have the flexibility to work on-site and cover weekend shifts as required. 
  • Data & Analysis: Comfortable using Power BI and Excel to track client activity and identify trends.
