VIP Content Manager

We are looking for a talented and motivated VIP Content Manager to be responsible for developing, organizing and maintaining all operational documentation for the VIP department.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of VIP player management, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our VIP players. Be able to create and execute VIP department procedures and establish standardized documentation framework to VIP and Sales teams.
- Create, structure, and maintain all VIP department procedures, workflows, and internal guidelines.
- Establish a standardized documentation framework for VIP department.
- Maintain an organized knowledge base, ensuring content is updated, version-controlled, and aligned across teams.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally within VIP, CS, or Operations.
- Experience creating manuals, or structured documentation (preferred).
- Understanding of VIP player management, retention strategies, and revenue impact.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills (flawless English required).
- Strong organizational and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to translate complex operational information into easy-to-read documentation.
- Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, SharePoint, or similar).
- High attention to detail and excellent time-management.
