Customer Support Agent with Czech/Slovak (night shift)

Are you fluent in Czech/Slovak and English? Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer support? If so, we want you to join our team at WeDoSupport on a fully remote basis.

Join our Night Team which is based on a 3:3 working basis (3 days in, 3 days off) with a shift pattern of 11PM - 9AM (GMT+3)

✅ Main Responsibilities:

✔️ Deliver exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat, primarily in Czech/Slovak.

✔️ Process inquiries with attention to detail and content.

✔️ Proactively identify clients' needs and suggest effective solutions.

✔️ Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.

✔️ Collaborate closely with our team to enhance and streamline processes.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Czech/Slovak.

✔️ Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔️ Strong attention to detail.

✔️ Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
