As an HR People Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering our employees throughout their journey with WeDoSupport. From onboarding to career growth, employee relations, and internal mobility, you will ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-performance workplace. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help shape our people strategies, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational success.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one meetings to provide personalized support and guidance to employees.

Assist in employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work culture.

Support final interview processes, collaborating with Heads and Team Leads to ensure strong hiring decisions.

Lead onboarding sessions at key milestones.

Provide HR policy consulting, offering guidance on employment agreements, leave policies, and workplace regulations.

Offer benefits consulting, ensuring employees understand and maximize their benefits.

Facilitate relocation support, helping employees transition smoothly with welcome meetings and assistance.

Oversee promotions and internal movements, supporting career development and horizontal mobility within teams.

Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights for recruitment and HR decision-making.
Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR, ideally in a People Partner or similar role.

Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, HR policies, and internal mobility.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.

Experience with HR systems and analytics tools is a plus.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
