✅ Main Responsibilities:

✔️ Providing accurate information and answers to customers' enquiries via emails;

✔️ Utilizing exceptional written problem-solving skills in order to resolve complex issues;

✔️ Assisting clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to their accounts;

✔️ Effectively collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth customer interaction;

✔️ Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;

✔️ Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Proficiency in both written and spoken Turkish and English.

✔️ Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔️ Strong attention to detail.

✔️ Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
