✔️ Deliver exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat, primarily in Finnish.

✔️ Process inquiries with attention to detail and content.

✔️ Proactively identify clients' needs and suggest effective solutions.

✔️ Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.

✔️ Collaborate closely with our team to enhance and streamline processes.

✅ Requirements:

✔️ Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish.

✔️ Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

✔️ Strong attention to detail.

✔️ Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
