Sales Development Representative

Now, as we scale, we are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. You will be the engine driving our proactive sales efforts—identifying new opportunities, managing inbound leads, and helping businesses thrive through our cutting-edge eCommerce and SaaS solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactive Growth: Research and identify new business opportunities, generating leads through outbound networking, strategic outreach, and market research.

  • Lead Management: Actively manage and close high-quality inbound inquiries, turning potential interest into long-term partnerships.

  • Tailored Solutions: Develop a deep understanding of client needs to present compelling sales pitches and detailed proposals that align with their digital growth objectives.

  • The Full Cycle: Own the sales process from the first "Hello" to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless experience for the client.

  • System & Tech: Maintain an up-to-date pipeline using our CRM tools and leverage AI technologies to work smarter, personalize outreach, and optimize your daily routine.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to the project lifecycle, keeping our "customer-first" promise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Sales Drive: Experience in sales, preferably within the digital services or eCommerce industry. We value a track record of hitting targets and "making things happen."

  • Self-Propelled Mindset: You are a "self-starter" who manages their own day, prioritizes tasks effectively, and doesn't need a "manager" to find the next lead.

  • Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English (essential for our global interactions).

  • Tech-First Brain: Familiarity with CRM systems and an interest in using AI tools to enhance sales efficiency and research.

  • Consultative Approach: A deep understanding of the challenges within the eCommerce and SaaS world, with a commitment to building long-term, trust-based relationships.
