But what’s the role?

We are looking for a passionate Senior HR Manager to support our growing global team  This is UK-based role but you will support the global business.

Sounds great – what will I do?

  • Build and execute a strategy to continue to attract world-class, the best-of-the-best talent into the watchTowr business - in line with watchTowr’s immediate growth trajectory.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to strategically plan and develop team capability and structure,
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles at watchTowr - and ensure that the experience is positive for all.
  • Provide guidance and support to the watchTowr team on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant local regulations and standards.
  • Lead the performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
  • Proactively manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.
  • Overseeing HR administrative tasks, such as payroll, claims administration.

Core Skills

  • You have 5+ years of experience in people and HR management, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Familiar with UK and Singapore employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
    • Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations is an added bonus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
