But what’s the role?
We're looking for a highly organised and efficient Executive Assistant to support our CEO and key leadership team members based in the UK
Sounds great! What will I do?
For CEO
- Provide proactive diary management and scheduling support.
- Ensure CEOs time is well utilised, as well as protecting from unnecessary meetings, emails and administration
- Organise travel and external event attendance
- Assistance with confidential and personal matters as required
- Follow up on outstanding items with Leadership team on behalf of CEO
For UK Leadership team
- Manage and support leadership team with scheduling and coordination matters
- Provide full range of support activities the team including procurement and administration
- Support, monitor and progress action items
- Organise and coordinate team events
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects and Private and Confidential assignments if required
- Assist with matters such as travel arrangements and claims
Sounds perfect to me, what specifics are you looking for?
- The ability to move at pace and execute with minimal guidance is essential for this role
- Startup experience, especially from the cybersecurity or tech industry is highly desirable
- Experience in executive coordination of at least 3 - 5 years
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business or equivalent
- Strong team player; able to work in an environment with high inter-dependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Notion and BambooHR
