At Wallapop, we’re looking for a strategic, user-focused CRM Specialist to lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that drive the full user lifecycle, from activation to resurrection.

This role owns high-impact initiatives and acts as a key reference within the team, connecting user insights and business goals with campaign performance. You'll be responsible for driving efficiency and impact across all key lifecycle stages.

 

What You Will Do 👇

  • Lead and develop the CRM strategy, proposing new initiatives based on data-driven insights.

  • Plan and launch growth-focused CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, in-app, content cards).

  • Identify high-impact opportunities across the user journey—from tackling friction points in early stages to building loyalty triggers and reactivating dormant users.

  • Define, report, and own strategic CRM KPIs, with a focus on revenue, retention, and loyalty.

  • Drive advanced insights by developing segmentation strategies, A/B testing plans, and reporting frameworks.

  • Monitor and evaluate the ROI and cost-effectiveness of promotions, conducting in-depth analysis to optimize strategies continuously.

  • Act as the central CRM point of contact for cross-user initiatives (like loyalty programs or promotions), coordinating closely with Product, UX, and Brand teams.

  • Support and mentor junior team members, guiding them in planning, analysis, and operational excellence.

  • Coordinate all creative assets for campaigns by writing detailed briefs for Designers and Copywriters and providing feedback to ensure alignment with goals.

  • Lead post-campaign analysis to build playbooks, document learnings, and share insights with the wider team.

 

What We’re Looking For 🔎

  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app).

  • Strategic and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate user insights and business goals into actionable campaign strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining and reporting on key metrics, especially revenue, retention, and loyalty.

  • Understanding of user segmentation, A/B testing methodologies, and performance analysis.

  • A user-centric approach, with experience analyzing the full user journey to identify opportunities and friction points.

  • Experience in managing the creative process, from writing effective briefs to providing clear, constructive feedback.

 

Do note that all our jobs are 📍 Barcelona based. We follow a hybrid model where flexibility rules. We commit to a minimum of 6 days per month in the office. Each team self-organizes to decide on cadence and in-person/remote rituals.

Expertise Interview - run by the hiring team, focuses on the required core skills and the ability to deliver in a given context. This usually takes 60-90 minutes.

Stakeholder Interview - run by relevant stakeholders reflecting the reality of the context of the role, focus on the ability to collaborate & deliver in a cross-functional set-up. This usually takes 60 minutes.

Culture Interview - run by culture interviewers, focus on adherence to Wallapop's purpose and business proposition. This usually takes 60 minutes. 

Offer - should you be the right candidate, your offer will be discussed over a call with talent acquisition and will then be confirmed in writing.
