At Wallapop, we’re looking for a strategic, data-informed Online Marketing Specialist to lead campaigns that build our brand and drive user growth across our core markets.
This role blends Online Brand Media and Performance Marketing to create full-funnel strategies that grow the Wallapop community and drive impact across key engagement metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with our Offline Marketing, Growth, and Brand teams to craft narratives that resonate across channels, from YouTube and Paid Social to special digital-first brand initiatives.
What You Will Do 👇
- Own and execute the Online Brand Media strategy, driving brand consideration and recall through impactful digital initiatives.
- Design and run full-funnel campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Display, Paid Social, and more — balancing brand storytelling with performance goals.
- Oversee large-scale budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and continuous performance optimization across both Brand Media and Performance channels.
- Manage media platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok — leveraging A/B testing and creative experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate campaign planning and execution, serving as the main point of contact for key external partners and media agencies.
- Analyze results and optimize continuously — tracking both brand and performance KPIs (e.g., VTR, Ad Recall, CPA, ROAS) to maximize ROI and guide improvements.
- Identify new digital opportunities, channels, or formats to expand reach and drive incremental value.
- Partner closely with the Offline Marketing team to align audiences, messaging, and touchpoints across TV, OOH, Radio, and Digital.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects at the intersection of brand, product, and growth — from new product launches to experimental pilots.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Analytics, Growth, Creative, Brand) to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive execution across all initiatives.
What We’re Looking For 🔎
- Bachelor's degree in Digital/Online Marketing or other analytical degrees such as engineering/mathematics/business
- 4+ years experience in performance marketing with vast knowledge across Online Marketing Channels
- Experience with measurement tools: Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools: Looker, Amplitude, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interest in the Wallapop user, product, and market position
- English proficiency is a must
Do note that all our jobs are 📍 Barcelona based. We follow a hybrid model where flexibility rules. We commit to a minimum of 6 days per month in the office. Each team self-organizes to decide on cadence and in-person/remote rituals.

The hiring process:

1) Intro Call - run by talent acquisition, focus on providing more information about the role and the company as well as going over your experience, motivation and expectations. This usually takes 45-60 minutes.
2) Expertise interview - run by the hiring team, focusing on the required core skills and the ability to deliver in a given context. This usually takes 60-90 minutes.
3) Stakeholders interview - run by relevant stakeholders reflecting the reality of the context of the role, focus on the ability to collaborate & deliver in a cross-functional set-up. This usually takes 60 minutes.
5) Culture Interview - run by culture interviewers, focus on adherence to Wallapop's purpose and business proposition. This usually takes 60 minutes.
6) Offer - should you be the right candidate, your offer will be discussed over a call with talent acquisition and will then be confirmed in writing.
