🚀 About the Team

You will join the Legal Corporate department of an international and fast-changing group, managing a portfolio of several entities mainly in France.

The team supports the business on all corporate law and governance matters (day-to-day and extraordinary operations), works closely with finance, tax and operational teams, and contributes to the smooth running and structuring of the group at European level.

🎯 Your Mission

As a Legal Corporate Intern for 6 months, you will work closely with the legal counsels on a wide variety of concrete and operational matters. Your main responsibilities will include:

You will contribute to:

  • Legal research & analysis Conduct legal research linked to a broad range of corporate operations and practical issues, and help prepare memos, notes and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Corporate governance & meetings Support the preparation and organisation of board of directors’ meetings and shareholders’ general meetings, including:
    • Drafting of notices, agendas, resolutions and minutes
    • Preparation and follow-up of signing processes and formalities
  • Day-to-day corporate life Assist with routine corporate matters, such as:
    • Governance and corporate registers
    • Corporate mandates (appointments, renewals, resignations)
    • Delegations of authority and signing powers
    • Related-party / regulated agreements
    • Guarantees and security packages in a corporate context
  • Extraordinary corporate transactions Support on more complex corporate operations, including:
    • Share transfers and reorganisations of shareholding
    • Equity and capital transactions (high-balance-sheet operations)
    • Intra-group restructurings
    • Amendments to articles of association and other by-laws changes

Ad Hoc Missions (Contract Law)

On a case-by-case basis, you will also:

  • Participate in the review and drafting of various commercial contracts
  • Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of intra-group agreements and conventions

🧠 What You Bring

  • You are a Law student or trainee lawyer (stagiaire élève-avocat).
  • You have at least a Master 1 in Business Law (droit des affaires); a Master 2 in Corporate / Business Law is a plus.
  • You have completed at least one prior internship in corporate law / business law, either:
    • In-house (legal department of a company), and/or
    • In a law firm.
  • You have solid knowledge of French corporate law and a strong interest in group governance and international structures.
  • You are comfortable working in both French and English (written and spoken).

  • Are fully at ease with Office / Google tools (Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides, Excel/Sheets).
  • Are open to using contract management tools, knowledge bases and collaborative platforms.
  • Have an interest in how AI and automation can support legal work (e.g. document review, first-level research, drafting assistance), always under the supervision and responsibility of qualified lawyers.
  • Are naturally inclined to look for efficient, digital solutions to improve processes and the quality of legal documentation.
