Mission

Attached to the Technical FP&A team lead, your main mission will be to manage Wakam’s technical margin:

  • Perform quarterly closing of the technical margin
  • Realize budgets and forecast of the technical margin in collaboration with the commercial, technical and reinsurance departments and analyze variances
  • Develop monthly revenue monitoring
  • Participate in cost accounting built annually
  • Participate in the construction of new business cases
  • Actively participate in various finance transformation projects
  • Conduct of ad hoc studies

Profile requirements

To complement the expertise of our Finance team, we are looking for the following profile:

  • Education level bac + 5 desired (Business School/ Engineer School) with ideally a specialty in finance/Insurance;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with extensive insurance knowledge;
  • Very good communicator, analytical and synthetic;
  • Be proactive to improve the operational efficiency of its scope;
  • Advanced Excel skills required;
  • Excellent command of English and French (essential 🙏)
