About VYBS
VYBS is a B2C rewards-play app. Users discover games in our feed, install them, complete tasks inside the games and earn real cash. Our revenue comes from advertisers who pay for players who stay and progress, so design quality is measured in numbers: activation, first-task completion, retention, ARPU.

The role
As Director of Product Design, you will own the UX vision and execution across the entire VYBS product — from the moment a user opens the feed through game engagement and cash-out.

You will partner closely with the Product Director, UI designer, developers and business stakeholders, bringing a strong product perspective to both day-to-day execution and longer-term product direction.

This is a senior, hands-on role: you will personally drive key experiences from problem definition through research, design, experimentation and launch, while also setting the bar for UX quality and helping shape how the design function evolves as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall UX direction across the VYBS product, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across the full user journey.

  • Take complex product problems from discovery to shipped experience — research, flows, wireframes, prototypes, final UI and iteration.

  • Partner with Product and Business to shape the roadmap, challenge assumptions and identify opportunities where better UX can drive measurable business impact.

  • Define success metrics before launching new experiences and use post-launch data to evaluate, learn and iterate.

  • Lead UX for experimentation, including designing and iterating on A/B test variants as part of our regular product development cycle.

  • Translate behavioral and product data into clear design decisions and communicate the rationale and expected impact to senior stakeholders.

  • Establish and maintain UX principles, patterns and processes as the product and team scale.

  • Own and evolve the product's design system together with the UI designer.

  • Use AI tools as part of your daily design workflow, and help define where AI can meaningfully improve the VYBS product experience.

  • Help shape the future of the design function, including processes, standards and eventually team structure as VYBS grows.

Requirements

  • 6–7+ years of experience in Product/UX Design, with significant experience designing B2C mobile products with large user funnels. This is a must.

  • Proven ownership of UX for an entire product or major product area — not only individual features.

  • A strong track record of shipping consumer products and demonstrating measurable impact through design, including metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, engagement or revenue.

  • Comfortable working with product, business and engineering stakeholders at a senior level, and challenging priorities when data or user needs suggest a different direction.

  • Strong understanding of experimentation and A/B testing, with the ability to turn hypotheses into testable experiences.

  • Daily, practical use of AI design tools, with a thoughtful perspective on where AI genuinely adds value and where it can hurt the user experience.

  • Portfolio demonstrating shipped B2C products and end-to-end product thinking.

  • Strong hands-on design skills — this is not a purely strategic or management role.

An advantage

  • Background in gaming, rewarded ads, casual games or other engagement-driven consumer products.

  • Experience with reward economies, streaks, progression systems or similar engagement mechanics.

  • Experience in early-stage or fast-growing companies where design ownership extends beyond a defined product area.

  • Experience establishing design processes or systems as a company scales.
