Summary

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Account Coordinator to join our growing Account Management team. In this role, you will be supporting the account management team in all day-to-day activities, ensuring that our processes are in line with our objectives and strategy.

Some of your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Account Management team in responding to RFPs/RFIs opportunities.
  • Providing new quotes for existing clients and following up on any client enquiries.
  • Understanding the client’s needs and ensuring VSI is providing solutions to client requirements.
  • Tracking key account metrics and ensure compliance across the Group.
  • Assisting the Account Management team in providing weekly reports, ensuring key stakeholders remain updated.
  • Monitoring overall compliance and KPIs set by clients and support account managers to provide clients with monthly reports.
  • Working closely with our studios on new projects and gathering project-related information across the group.
  • Working in partnership with the Account Managers to negotiate and establish rates with our clients and suppliers alike.
  • Acting as the intermediate between our project management team, our studios and the clients to ensure smooth project progress and that any issues or concerns are addressed.
  • Ensure that the CRM database, or other relevant tooling/documentation is kept up to date with account information.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Attention to detail, accuracy of all presented data
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding client engagement and services skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach to managing clients and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage change professionally, involving the right stakeholders and gaining trust
  • Experience managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis would be a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of the localisation service industry would be a plus
