Aftersales Marketing Programs & Business Support Executive - Audi

Audi, the number one premium automotive brand in Ireland, is looking to recruit a talented Marketing Programmes & Business Support Executive, who will be central to the roll out of an expanding range of class leading aftersales products and services. Reporting into the Head of Aftersales, the Aftersales Marketing Programmes & Business Support Executive will be responsible for growing the programmes and products offered to Audi customers with a focus in the Aftersales arena. Innovation is a central element of the role and is crucial to achieving our goal of being: Consistently customer, Consistently connected, Consistently Audi. A top priority is to ensure that our aftersales products are priced, positioned and marketed to maximise sales and profit opportunities in the respective age segments & the wider market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall Audi Aftersales Marketing Plan that considers the varying age segments of the Audi car parc including but not limited to: Fixed Price Service Offers, Service Plans, Extended Warranties and Accessories.
  • In conjunction with digital colleagues, maintain and further develop multiple online e-commerce and digital platforms to ensure Audi deliver a market leading online presence.
  • Develop and Manage sales programmes for specific products.
  • Develop and maintain traditional and digital Point of Sale to ensure consistent customer communication.
  • Work with Volkswagen Financial Services and other stake holders to deliver online Service Plan infrastructure to meet the future needs of our customers.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders in deploying new aftersales tools which add value to the customer, the retailer and retailer employees.
  • Provide regular KPI reporting to Audi AG and other stakeholders of business performance and lead conversion.
  • Develop local marketing plans, in conjunction with Dealer Network, to improve aftersales car parc penetration and retention.

This Position requires the following skills/competencies:

  • Self-starter who is comfortable working both on their own and as part of a team
  • Relevant 3rd level degree qualification and experience
  • Strong commercial awareness with a high level of strategic thinking
  • Numerical and analytical with demonstrable attention to detail
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills with an ability to influence management
  • Strong organisation skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet conflicting deadlines
  • Full Driver’s license
