Full Time (4-day week option considered) | Dublin | Hybrid Working Model
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and looking for a diverse role within a collaborative, team? Volkswagen Group Ireland is looking to appoint a to a critical business support role in our Group Aftersales Team.
With exposure to senior stakeholders, all business departments and external partners, this position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, is effective at prioritizing, takes pride in accurate execution, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations for the Group Aftersales Director, including emails, diary management, travel management, processing expenses and leave tracking for the front-line management team.
- Ensure professional and consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders, including the VWPC dealer network.
- Ensure proactive executive support to the Director and the Front-line management team.
- Co-ordinate compliance requirements for internal policies (MSoR), product (PCMS) and environmental (ECMS) regulations, and annual ISO audit requirements across multiple functions.
- Assist in the Head of Technical in the preparation and submission of regulatory and environmental reports in line with business requirements.
- Liaise with stakeholders across the business including at Group level and all our Brands, our Dealer Principals, factory colleagues (OEMs) and external partners.
- Co-ordinate/prepare presentations and documentation for key meetings including Board of Management, Supervisory Board, Annual Conference and various Dealer Council meetings throughout the year.
- End-to-end organisation of GAS Annual Dealer Conference, regular Dealer Council meetings and supporting the preparation, planning and attendance at WorldSkills, along with ad hoc meetings as required.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
- A structured, proactive working style and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Professional and collaborative, with a natural ability to build trust across functions
Additional Information about the role
- Full-time role but consideration will be given to a 4-day week option
- Based in Dublin with hybrid working option
- Reports to Director of Group Aftersales
- Involves regular interaction with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners
