Sales Analyst - Join the Exciting Journey of Škoda Ireland

As we experience an exciting phase of growth, boasting a market share of 10% and ranking 3rd in the Irish market, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of the Škoda brand in Ireland. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the Sales Team, providing relevant management information, statistical data, and report generation to ensure the proficient and professional running of the department. 

• Manage the retailer Balanced Scorecard to ensure key KPI’s are maintained. 

• Prepare and manage retailer variable margin payments. 

• Manage the Škoda Ireland tactical claims system to ensure all retailers are paid in a timely fashion. 

• Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and assisting the Area Sales Managers and Retailer Network in many tasks including; stock-flow, reporting, training and system access. 

Skills / Experience Required: 

• Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive results. 

• Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to identify opportunities for the brand and maximise the sales performance of each Škoda model. 

• Excellent intuition, a collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities. 

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis and presentation skills. 

• Full, clean, driving licence.
