Volkswagen Group Ireland – Human Resources Team
Full Time (but 4-day week option considered) | Dublin | Hybrid Working Model
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and looking for a dynamic role within a collaborative, people-focused team? Volkswagen Group Ireland is seeking an ECO & Insurance Coordinator to join our HR team, supporting both Volkswagen Group Ireland (VGIE) and Volkswagen Financial Services Ireland (VWFSI).
With exposure to senior stakeholders, all business departments and external partners, this position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in accurate execution, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Employee Car Ownership (ECO) Scheme
- Ensure effective and efficient implementation of company policies which encourage and facilitate employee car ownership
- Liaise with brands about models and specifications available to employees for forthcoming vehicle registration periods, and communicate to employees
- Manage operational relationship with external finance provider for VGIE to ensure effective administration ECO finance contracts, from proposal and approval through to end of term contract settlement
- Agree policies and processes for ECO vehicle collection and de-fleet, and coordinate execution with external service providers for this purpose (NVD)
- Manage used car data uploads, and initiate and monitor buyback processes
- Maintain an accurate database of ECO vehicles, purchase price, contract terms, payments, contract status and buy-back pricing
- Liaise with HR, Accounts, Vehicle Logistics, and VWFSI to ensure smooth operations
Insurance Administration – VGIE
- Lead the renewal process for VGIE insurance policies (Fleet, Property, EL/PL, Marine)
- Act as key point of contact with our insurance brokers (AON)
- Manage VGIE employee motor insurance claims
What You’ll Bring
- Proven ability to work with discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
- A structured, proactive working style and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Professional and collaborative, with a natural ability to build trust across functions
Additional Information about the role
- Full-time role but consideration will be given to a 4-day week option
- Based in Dublin with hybrid working option
- Has one part-time administrator as a direct report
- Reports to Director of Human Resources
- Involves regular interaction with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners
- APA Certification - you will already have or be prepared to take this qualification
