Your Role at Vertice
As a Finance Operations Specialist, you will play a strategic role in shaping the company’s operational agenda, employee travel planning, and budget oversight. This role will support core administrative and financial processes that ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations while maintaining alignment with broader organizational goals. You will:

Handle the full approval process for employee expenses, office purchases, and travel requests.

Make sure requests move along quickly and follow company policies, looping in the right people when needed.

Help out with day-to-day accounting tasks like entering invoices, starting payments, and other finance activities.

Keep an eye on office and travel budgets, tracking actual spend against what was planned.
- Spot trends or differences and flag anything that needs attention to keep finances on track.

Organize employee travel, making sure flights, hotels, and transport are cost-effective and follow policy.
- Look for ways to improve processes so things are more accurate and efficient.

Support the Senior Accounting Manager with special projects and other tasks.

What Do We Expect from You

Excellent English communication skills

Experience in accounting or a similar role
- Exposure to process automation and experience in AI

Master’s degree in accounting or a related field is a plus
- Great organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail
