Your role at Vertice:
Vertice is looking for a BDR Manager to lead and scale our S. European Business Development team in London. Joining a thriving office, you will inherit a team of high-performing BDRs focusing on expanding and nurturing the team to meet the ambitious growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Team Growth and Management: Foster a positive, high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and accountability.
- Coaching and Development: Lead onboarding, ongoing coaching, and skill-building sessions tailored to the fast-paced SaaS landscape. Equip BDRs with tools and techniques to succeed.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and leverage performance data to drive individual and team success. Refine outreach strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global marketing, sales and leadership teams to align on pipeline goals and develop high-impact campaigns.
- Forecasting: Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and proactively address any shortfalls, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
- Lead by Example: Be a hands-on leader, whether conducting impactful cold calls, refining outreach sequences, or engaging with prospects to demonstrate best practices.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-changing environment. Anticipate team needs, pivot strategies when needed and contribute to the ongoing success of Vertice.
Requirements:
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages Spanish, French or German.
- Circa 6 years in SaaS B2B business development, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Proficient with HubSpot (preferred), Outreach and lead-generation tools like Apollo and Clay
- Demonstrated ability to analyse metrics and translate insights into actionable plans
- A natural motivator with excellent communication, charisma, and the ability to inspire others to achieve their best
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
- A track record of successful cold calls and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and guide the team in live settings
