About the role

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Social Media Video Editor to join our team. You’ll be responsible for crafting engaging, high-quality video content that drives engagement, builds community, and brings our brand to life across all major social media platforms.

What you will do

:movie_camera: Video Production
  • Create and edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
  • Transform raw footage into polished, platform-optimized content
  • Add music, sound design, graphics, and finishing touches
  • Ensure technical excellence across all video deliverables
  • Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
:art: Creative Direction
  • Bring our brand to life through compelling visual storytelling
  • Develop video styles and formats that resonate with each platform
  • Use motion graphics and animation to boost visual interest
  • Stay on top of trends and explore new content formats
:gear: Technical Execution
  • Master editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
  • Format content correctly for different platforms and specs
  • Use transitions, effects, and audio mixing to elevate content
  • Ensure videos are optimized for engagement and performance
:chart_with_upwards_trend: Content Strategy
  • Align videos with brand goals and marketing campaigns
  • Adapt content for different audiences and platforms
  • Monitor performance metrics to refine future content
  • Contribute to ideation and trend research
:date: Project Management
  • Deliver high-quality content on deadline
  • Communicate clearly and work cross-functionally with creatives and marketers
  • Keep projects organized, maintain a content calendar, and archive materials

 

About you

  • Proven experience as a video editor (social-first content is a big plus)
  • Strong proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
  • Knowledge of video formats, specs, and social media best practices
  • A sharp eye for storytelling, timing, and design
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven, with strong communication skills

Job Details

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Remote; London-based 2 days in office
  • Flexible hours depending on deadlines
  • Occasional overtime for key projects or launches

Country Hiring Guidelines: We are currently hiring in 3 core hubs: London, Amsterdam and Barcelona and 2 additional hubs for sales and support roles only (USA for sales and the Philippines for support).
