About The Role:

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst with a strong focus on Marketing Operations to join our growing team. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position, tasked with shaping and optimising our entire revenue funnel and with a particular emphasis on top-of-funnel activities. You will be instrumental in building scalable processes, managing our tech stack, and providing actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes, focusing on top-of-funnel marketing operations and seamless handoffs to sales and customer success
  • Create and manage a lead scoring framework, integrating multi-channel intent data to ensure timely and high-quality lead handoffs.
  • Establish clear SLAs and processes for lead management, ensuring data cleanliness and seamless operations across the revenue funnel.
  • Own the account scoring system, using ICP alignment, intent signals, web engagement, and lead activities to prioritise Marketing and Sales effort at account-level
  • Develop a comprehensive attribution model that enables marketing to assess campaign effectiveness and make informed budget allocation decisions.
  • Administer and enhance Hubspot and the marketing tech stack in partnership with demand generation, exploring new tools that support growth and scalability.
  • Lead operational initiatives independently, from discovery and requirement gathering through to execution and documentation.
  • Analyse revenue data to provide insights that inform strategy, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership, providing visibility into key metrics, pipeline health, and ROI on sales and marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain an operational roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders, driving projects that enhance revenue team efficiency

About You:

  • Experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot; experience with Salesforce or other CRMs and marketing automation platforms would be considered if you demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial, with the ability to communicate complex details in an engaging way to stakeholders across all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in high-growth environment where taking initiative is critical to success
  • Project management experience, with the ability to work on several things at once whilst prioritising the most important at any given time
  • Natural curiosity and desire to deeply understand and optimise tools and processes.

Country Hiring Guidelines: We are currently hiring in 3 core hubs: London, Amsterdam and Barcelona and 2 additional hubs for sales and support roles only (USA for sales and the Philippines for support).
