About the Role

Join a team developing Veeam Backup & Replication — one of the industry's leading enterprise data protection platforms. You will work across the full application stack of our product as it evolves toward a web-first architecture.

What You'll Do

  • Develop REST API powering a new web frontend
  • Implement and maintain application and server logic
  • Work on cross-platform backend services
  • Build and maintain the WPF desktop client

Technologies You'll Work With

C#, .NET 10, REST API, WPF, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, NUnit

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of commercial software development experience in a large-scale software project
  • Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and relational databases
  • Command of software design and development principles
  • Architectural and user-focused thinking
  • Confidence in working alongside AI coding assistants
  • Commitment to unit testing
  • University degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience
  • English sufficient to work effectively with an international team

Bonus Skills

  • Web development (frontend, backend, or full-stack)
  • ASP.NET Core development
  • Desktop user interface development (WPF or a similar framework)
  • SQL proficiency (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Linux administration (machine configuration, package management, SSH connection)
  • Hands-on experience in client-server API development (REST, gRPC)
  • Participation in migration from legacy communication protocols to modern API
  • Commercial experience in database design
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms or cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
