About the Role
The Associate Technical Success Manager, (Veeam Data Cloud) will be responsible for the outreach, onboarding, adoption, and enablement of multiple Veeam Data Cloud Workloads. They will achieve success by getting customers up and running quickly while ensuring that they have a smooth experience and access to the correct resources throughout their journey with Veeam.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding Guidance: Provide structured onboarding including personalized guidance, assisting customers to expediently protect their workloads Veeam Data Cloud solutions.
- Engaging Stalled customers: Identifying and working with customers who purchased the product but aren’t maximizing the full use of their product to help ensure maximum customer ROI.
- Accelerate Time to Value: Proactively work with customers to ensure they achieve their first key outcomes quickly, ensuring a positive initial experience.
- Customer Satisfaction Management: Monitor and manage customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding journey, gathering feedback and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
- Expansion: Identify any initial growth opportunities for existing and new Veeam solutions.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess any initial risks to customer experience or adoption, and coordinate with internal teams to mitigate these risks quickly.
- Resource Guidance: Guide both internal and external stakeholders to best practice resources, documentation, and support channels to ensure all requests are addressed efficiently.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure that all Veeam team activities that touch the customer are in alignment with the customer's business objectives and use cases so the full potential of their Veeam solution can be realized.
- Flexibility: Other duties as required
What You’ll Bring
- Prior customer or technical success related work experience is required, 2+ years preferred
- Demonstrates patience, understanding and empathy in order to effectively manage conflict and concerns
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
- Self starter with a passion for customer success
- Strong understanding of Cloud and Hyperscaler technologies, SaaS offerings, Salesforce and Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience gathering and analyzing success metrics including current usage and key growth stats
- Strong business acumen with experience in leading projects in a methodical and goal-oriented manner
- Has general understanding of accompanying infrastructure that works with Veeam (Servers/Storage/Networking/etc.)
