About the Role
As a Specialist, Cloud & Channel Program Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day execution of Veeam’s global Cloud and Channel partner programs. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are enabled correctly, data is accurate and audit-ready, and operational workflows run smoothly. This role offers the opportunity to build deep expertise in cloud and partner operations while adapting to evolving systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
- Execute day-to-day operational support for cloud and channel partner programs, including intake, validation, and resolution of partner requests
- Manage case-based workflows related to partner eligibility, enablement, reporting models, and contract lifecycle activities
- Validate partner readiness for usage reporting models, ensuring data integrity and system prerequisites are met
- Maintain accurate partner, contract, and license data across Salesforce and related systems
- Execute contract closeout and termination processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve processes
- Identify operational gaps and contribute to improvements in workflows, documentation, and tooling
Technologies You’ll Work With
- Salesforce
- ServiceNow (or similar case management tools)
- Partner management platforms
- Data validation and reporting tools
What You’ll Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, channel operations, partner programs, or a related field
- Experience working with Salesforce and case-based workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting service level expectations
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional or global environments
- Adaptability in fast-changing environments with evolving tools and processes
Bonus Skills
- Experience supporting cloud, consumption-based, or partner-led business models
- Familiarity with partner ecosystems or channel programs in the technology industry
- Exposure to sales compensation, finance, or contract lifecycle processes
- Experience working with automation or system migrations
- Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
