About the Role

As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by providing reliable, hands-on technical support to employees and leadership. You’ll troubleshoot issues, maintain workplace technology, and ensure meeting spaces and systems are ready when needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working closely with people, and keeping a fast-paced office environment operating efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support to onsite and remote employees, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issue
  • Provide coverage during business and extended hours to ensure continuous support availability
  • Support meetings, conferences, and special events by preparing and troubleshooting workplace technology
  • Configure and maintain audio/visual equipment for conference rooms, presentations, and video calls
  • Perform proactive maintenance, daily checks, and system monitoring to ensure workplace technology reliability
  • Maintain and repair employee and executive hardware including computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to support onboarding, asset preparation, and workplace readiness

Technologies You’ll Work With

  • Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
  • Active Directory and enterprise networking technologies
  • ITSM / ticketing platforms
  • Audio/visual conferencing and presentation systems
  • Office hardware, cabling, and endpoint management tools

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in desktop support, IT support, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience supporting mixed environments including Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and workplace hardware
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT infrastructure
  • Experience working with ITSM ticketing systems and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset, including experience supporting executives

Bonus Skills

  • Experience supporting executive environments or high-visibility users
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes or service management frameworks
  • Experience with workplace A/V systems in corporate environments
  • Experience supporting onboarding processes or asset lifecycle management
  • Prior experience in fast-paced corporate or global environments
