What You’ll Do:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for the Securiti AI team, from proactive sourcing and screening to facilitating interviews and managing offer negotiations.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop tailored recruitment strategies that address unique skill set requirements and business objectives.
- Talent Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and talent hotspots, providing actionable insights to hiring teams.
- ATS & Process Management: Ensure job postings in Greenhouse ATS are accurate, timely, and optimized for attracting diverse candidates; maintain meticulous records to support compliance and reporting.
- Candidate Experience: Champion a positive candidate journey, providing timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication throughout the process.
- Data & Reporting: Prepare regular recruitment progress reports, analyze pipeline metrics, and identify areas for process improvement to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, sales, and engineering teams, to align hiring priorities with organizational goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques and process enhancements to increase hiring efficiency and quality.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within the cybersecurity or enterprise software environments.
- Expertise in leveraging applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse) and advanced sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Robust understanding of the IT recruitment landscape, including emerging trends, skill shortages, and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-driven hiring decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.

Compensation Transparency
Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.

$141,700 - $263,000 USD
Zone 2: Washington, California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area)
$129,800 - $241,100 USD
Zone 3: Texas, Illinois, North Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Oregon, Nevada, Hawaii, New York (excluding NYC boroughs); Sales roles located in Georgia, Ohio, and Arizona
$118,100 - $219,200 USD
Zone 4: All other US locations
$102,700 - $190,600 USD
